A full line of cooling fans is also included in Oriental Motor's wide range of products. Over 100 years of progress in research and development has placed Oriental Motor in the forefront of motor manufacturers worldwide. Today we are the primary source of small precision motor systems.

  Motion Control Products

  Oriental Motor's full line of VEXTA high performance 2- and 5-phase stepping motor/driver systems and controllers are designed to meet your precision positioning requirements. Our stepping motor systems provide highly accurate positioning with 100% repeatability. These motor/driver systems are factory matched to provide optimal performance and easy installation. One of Oriental Motor's more recent product innovations is the closed-loop stepping motor system, a unique product that combines stepping and servo motor technologies.  The is a revolutionary hybrid step motor and driver package that never loses synchronism.  A newly developed embedded rotor position sensor constantly monitors performance to ensure no loss of motion.  This product, along with many other Oriental Motor products, is available with IP65 rating for splash-proof and dust-proof protection.
  
  A wide selection of Oriental Motor AC speed control, reversible, synchronous, torque and induction motors, along with brushless speed control systems and low speed synchronous motors are also available from ORIENTAL MOTOR U.S.A. CORP. All are built with durability and quality in mind.  A variety of low noise gearheads are available to further control speed and increase torque.
  
  Oriental Motor's electric actuators provide linear & rotary movement.  The new EZ Limo motorized cylinders and linear sliders provide advanced functions and sophisticated motion control in an easy-to-use, all-in-one linear motion product.  Saving you time and expense usually required to design and manufacture similar systems.
  
  Cooling fans are essential in the smooth operation of many sophisticated machines. Rounding out our wide variety of products, Oriental Motor’s ORIX fan line includes AC & DC axial flow fans, centrifugal blowers, and cross flow fans. These fans incorporate specially designed fan blades for increased air pressure, increased static pressure, high airflow, and low noise. All ORIX products are designed for long service life.
  
  ORIENTAL MOTOR U.S.A. CORP. now offers 2800 U.S.A. standard RoHS compliant products with another 2500 RoHS compliant products available in Japan.  Many of their standard motors and associative electronic drivers are now available in RoHS compliant versions.  Other products will be added as their RoHS versions become available.

  Oriental Motor operates in a Just-in-time and a Lean Manufacturing environment.  Quality is built-in to the product throughout the entire manufacturing process. This is achieved by utilizing the One-Piece Flow System on our Flexible U-line work cells wherein all necessary equipment are positioned in the sequence in which it is used.  In the simplest of terms, one-piece flow means that each motor is carefully built one-piece-at-a-time allowing it to be thoroughly inspected and tested, thus, quality defects are easily detected and contained. Additionally, defect prevention is also the direct result of the continuous error proofing of our processes. 

  Fast Delivery

  Oriental Motor is highly committed to consistently ship your order(s) on-time every time. Our manufacturing processes support our fast delivery and short lead times to allow us to support your needs. Our Just-In-Time production system allows the manufacturing of an order with little notice, in any quantity requested. Additionally, our one-by-one process allows us to manufacture one product as easily as one thousand. Over 1,200 of our products are available to ship the same day (for orders placed before 12pm PST) and another 3,000 are available to ship in under seven days. Your order is shipped using only reputable carriers or any carrier of your choice to ensure the on-time and damage free-delivery.

  Environmental Safety

  Oriental Motor is committed to global environmental safety.  As of July 1, 2006, RoHS, the European Union (EU) Directive 2002/95-EC restricts the use of certain hazardous materials in electronic and electrical components and equipment in present and future use in Europe.  These restricted substances include Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd), Hexavalent Chromium Cr(VI), Polybrominated bipheyls (PBB), and Polydiphenyl ethers (PBDE).  Electrical and electronic equipment must conform to a maximum content by weight of 0.1% for lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBB and PBDE.  The use of cadmium is restricted to 0.01% by weight in homogeneous materials.
