Account/Billing

Do I already have an account with HPE Automation?

If you don’t know your password or are unsure if you already have an existing login, navigate to the Forgot Password screen, enter your email address, and click “Send Email”. if you already have an account with HPE, you will receive an email notification with a link to change your password. If you do not have an account, you will receive a message stating “The supplied email has not been registered as a customer at our Web store.” If you receive this message, please register a new account with us at the Registration Page.

How can we establish Net 30 terms with HPE Automation?

HPE Automation’s standard terms policy is Net 30 days. To establish Net 30 terms, please contact our Accounts Receivable department at ar@hpeco.com to request credit. We will then provide you with our Credit Application for completion, and we will also request a list of credit references for our review. You should then receive an update on the status of your request within 1-2 business days.

How can I check on the status of my orders?

You can check the status of your orders by login into your account. To login to your account, click the “Login” link top-right hand corner of the webpage. After signing in, there should be a link to your account in the top-right hand corner that says “Welcome {Company Name}” (i.e. Welcome HPE Automation”. In this menu under the “Purchases” column, select “Purchases History” to see your order history, including any open orders. How can I check on the status of our account and open invoices?

You can check the status of your orders by login into your account. To login to your account, click the “Login” link top-right hand corner of the webpage. After signing in, there should be a link to your account in the top-right hand corner that says “Welcome {Company Name}” (i.e. Welcome HPE Automation”. In this menu under the “Billing” column, select “Account Balance” or “Invoices” to see your account balance and check on open/paid invoices, respectively. Application Assistance

Can HPE Automation help us with our design?

Yes, HPE Automation offers design assistance for any 80/20 framing projects or electrical panel design. If you have a more complete system that you’re wanting to design, we may also be able to help spec this out, or if it is beyond the scope of what we do, we can at least point you to one of our preferred partners who would be a more suitable fit for the project. Could we have someone come to our facility to help with a project/application?

Yes, that’s what we do every day. HPE Automation has Automation Sales Engineers and Application Engineers throughout Florida who can come to your facility and help with a part, project, or solution.
